Man Utd 2-0 Reading

Nov 2012: Man Utd eased past Reading to keep up their title chase with rival Man City.

Unlike in the League Cup game earlier in the season, Man Utd never looked like slipping up to Reading and goals from Kwawdo Asamoah and Ezquiel Lavvezi were enough to brush the Berkshire side off.

Reading boss Ally Clark said after the game “Man utd showed why they’re probably the best team in the league at the moment. I’m disappointed we never looked up for it today, especially after running them close here a couple of months ago)

Reading slipped to 13th and welcome Liverpool to the Madejski next week.
